Michram 68 Series carbon rim 406The multiple layers of hand woven T800 carbon are layered over the top of the normal Michram Industries carbon rims, which give them that little extra strength and stiffness, which was also an initial request from Caroline. The rims are then finished with multiple layers of hand woven T800 carbon fiber and bound together with a 255 degree high tg resin to give them Optimal strength and stiffness compared with other rims on the market. I've had several pepper grinders over the years, and none was as easy and smooth to use as this one. It fills easily, and it grinds evenly and smoothly with a gentle press of the button. I am glad there are two, just in case one does give out, I will have the other to use, as I am not interested in grinding salt. It runs so effortlessly that you have to be a little careful when picking it up that you do not accidentally engage the button before you want the pepper to come out. I love it, and came back here after using it for two months just to let you know.
